If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.  All Special Orders such as items with engraving, special ring sizes, and custom finishes are final sale. Alber Rezko, subjects each of his pieces to rigorous standards of quality. Each piece is manufactured with the most premium materials and techniques of craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure that it meets the strict criterion he has longed created.

Over time, fine jewelry is exposed to dust, pollution and daily wear which all conspire to mask the brilliance of gemstones. The surface of precious metals can become dulled. Threadbare prongs and fasteners can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry.

Professional examinations and cleanings are recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your jewelry back to us for professional servicing.  All impairments due to natural ‘wear and tear’ will be complimentary serviced.  However, any repairs or service performed by a secondary jeweler, not authorized by Alber Rezko, may not be eligible for complimentary servicing.  Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to preserve your jewelry.

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.  2nd Day and Overnight shipping options will be based upon item availability and cannot be applied to custom orders.  We offer free USPS ground shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding taxes and shipping) to the continental United States.

Brushed 

A brushed finish has a textured matte look, that appears to have been treated with the bristles of a brush.  Its appearance is ideal for everyday pieces, as it resists to any scrapes or bumps made to the surface.

Satin

The satin finish has a matte appearance and is smooth to the touch.  

Polished

A polished finish is smooth to the touch and has a glossy sheen appearance. The high polished finish does have a tendency to scratch and flaw more easily than any other finish.  

Hammered

A hammered has a bumpy surface that appears as though it were hammered out by hand. The hammered finish can have either a polished, matte or satin appearance. The micro-hammered finish offers smaller bumps and dimples to the surface of the jewelry.

Scratch

Random scratch lines with an overall satin finish resulting in a high luster.

Oxidized

Matte black coating over metal that fades with time and becomes a grayish coating (see photo)
